Diamonchem was founded in central Taiwan in 1987.
Over these years, Diamonchem has achieved to be a world-renowned zinc oxide manufacturer through its quality, advanced technology, dynamic innovation and good service.

Diamonchem has a strong R&D team. The knowledge and experience we have today are based on our corporate founder - Mr. Tien-Yu Chen’s research and technology since 1972. Products include Active Zinc Oxide, Zinc Oxide, Zinc Carbonate, Zinc Peroxide and other zinc compounds.
Today, our products are used worldwide in tyre, shoe, rubber, latex, ceramics, animal feeds, cosmetics and specialty chemical industries.
Diamonchem has two plants which are located at Yuanlin and Nangang Industrial Park respectively. Currently, for the production of zinc oxide and zinc carbonate with a capacity of 30,000 MT per year. Once the Nangang plant is completed will increase total capacity to 40,000 MT per year.
Diamonchem has been committed to plant area greening, because we understand the importance of green space and trees to the environment.
We also hope that Diamonchem employees can enjoy the greening working environment. Diamonchem plans to plant lawns and trees more than 1/3 of the land area.
So far, Diamonchem has planted more than 10,000 trees and continues to carry out planting activity.
We also built a park around the Yuanlin plant, and the neighbors can take a walk and feel released in the park.
Diamonchem completed the Carbon Footprint Verification in 2014, and drew up a plan to reduce emissions year by year.
In 2015, we replaced plant’s fuel by natural gas to reduce the total volume of waste gas emitted of the hazardous substances and PM2.5.
In response to the development of global green energy, Diamonchem began to build solar power generation in each plant in 2019.
It is estimated that the solar power generation capacity will reach 1,410,000Kw in 2022.
Diamonchem was deeply touched by Tung Shan Elementary School in Yuanlin, who formed a baseball team to care students who live in remote areas and from vulnerable families.
So Diamonchem has donated funds for the baseball team every year in the name of individual and company since 1936.
Until 2013, Diamonchem signed an annual sponsorship contract with Tung Shan Elementary School, with an annual sponsorship totaling NT$500,000.
In view of the difficulties in transportation for the Tung Shan Elementary School Baseball Team to participate in off-campus competitions.
Diamonchem donated a new FUSO ROSA micro bus to Tung Shan in 2016 in order to promote sports activities and provide a good sports environment for the baseball team.
It can solve the transportation problem for Tung Shan Elementary School to participate in off-campus activities and competitions.
